    Default Favorite Diner Food....

    I get sick of those chain restaurants, all the food is glitz and glamor and tastes like crap....

    I enjoy good old Diner's.

    My 1st choice is Chefs Salad with Grilled Chicken OR Veal or Chicken Parma.

    For Desert, Rice Pudding and good old black coffee....

    I travel a lot so I eat out a lot...for a regular diner, I'd have to agree with your choice of salad...

    Cheeseburger and onion rings.

    Once, when I was a kid, I was on a fishing trip with my dad and we stopped for breakfast at an old diner in the middle of nowhere, just before sunrise. It was like 4:00 am and the cook was frying cheeseburgers, and I said to my dad, "those look good!" My dad says,"Son, cheesburgers ALWAYS look good."
