hell yes got the raise!!
I have been at the company for 9 years now and I've been hustling my ass off everyday and I finally got the raise I have been after for a year now! On top of that my son's birthday is today and my father in law called to tell me he snagged a couple of Opus for us and I think tonight is a damn fine night to fire those bad boys up!

I'm stuck in the rut where I get a 3% every year. The years where we used to get 7-9% are gone.

Those 7-9's where nice, but when I switched company's their raises are difficult to get and aren't even steady at 3 a year, sometimes it's nothing, but I actually love it where I am at and that was just the motivation I needed to get where I'm at now.
