Okay guys a little update we won't be moving in until after the 10th of next month. So if you wouldn't mind holding off on the beating until thenI'd hate for smokes to get ruined :(

Congrats on the new house. You picked a good time to buy which is a win-win for you and your family. I bought 6 years ago which put me under the water. That said, I'm still very thankful for to have a safe place for my family. enjoy! you'll make plenty of trips to home depot.
