Anyone have info on this smoke?

I can't find a lot of info on it online but I know the box date is 2000. I was wondering if anyone had the skinny on this Partagas?

From my recollection, it looks like the Ramon y Ramon's that came in the big Partagas 150th humidor back around 2000. Do you actually have a box? I thought these were only available in the big humidor that had the 150's in the center and the Ramon y Ramon's on each side. I remember maybe 5 or 6 different sizes? G1

Yeah, thats the Partagas 150 humidor. had 150's in the middle drawers and either side with the Ramon Y Ramon's. The names were like Padrino, Familia, Nino again from my really bad memory so I might be off. G1

UUGGGHHH Local store has the 150 humidor downstairs in the owners personal stash... Breaks my heart... BUT he has been generous enough to share 160's with me

Lol! Sorry, I was busy socializing. I didn't have a lot of time to concentrate on the smoke. I was actually underwhelmed but that probably has a lot to do with the fact that they have aged out. They were very smooth though. I got lots of cedar and a little sweetness that I couldn't put my finger on.

I am kinda a broke arse but if you do actually want some let me know. If you know me I am always more than happy to pick up something for my BOTL brothers. I am actually kind of intrigued to try it again as well.

A good friend of mine (Mythsmoker) gave me a glass of Pappy 12 yr and it may have overpowered the smoke. I would be especially happy to pick up some for you Bugbear considering your show keeps me entertained for countless hours at work.

I have a Poopal card that works great in situation like these. lol. I will pick another up and give it some time that it probably deserves.

I've had one of these...wasn't impressed at all. Very dry and ashy in my opinion. It was strong on the ceder and tobacco but that was it. Just found it bla!
