Miles to go before I sleep ...
I'm of the belief that weekends can be won or lost as early as lunchtime on friday. You need a good, solid, feel good meal to give you the strength you need to keester frack the rest of your work day and prepare you to make sweet love to your weekend. And if you're busy with meetings all morning or running around getting the kids to school and running errands and your only source of mid-day sustenance is a granola bar or a cup of coffee then it's probably fair to say that either your weekend will decided that she (or he) doesn't want to put out because you prepared so poorly or if she does then you'll be too tired to perform because you prepared so poorly. I think you get what I'm saying ...

What's the solution? How can you be 100% sure that you're ready to 007 your workday and weekend?

Today for lunch ... eat a sandwich ... a hearty, manly sandwich (even if you're a lady ... eat like a dude for lunch today)!!!

And in case the threat of a lack of weekend virility hasn't convinced and you're still on the fence, I've found a few pics that might just give you the inspiration you need to eat a sandwich ...

(and heck, even if you think all of ^^^ was non-sense ... who doesn't love a sandwich? )

So who's gonna have a sandwich today?!?!?!?!?!

I'll be moving back to Cincy in June and look forward to chowing down at a few favorite spots.

I've been craving a grilled ham and cheese from Rombes for weeks and weeks ... too bad they're closed. :(
My brother runs a restaurant / bar (j. Gumbos - chain) just down the street from Jungle Jim's. He's got a nice size patio out front where alcoholic beverages are permitted. Sounds like a welcome back herf may be in order.
