OK... I feel like I've just witnessed a mob murder or something along those lines

What, if anything, can you guys tell me about a set of cigars by Erte called 7 Deadly Sins.

They (obviously) come in a set of seven sticks, each is individually coffined and with a different design on each coffin (for each sin) The box seems to suggest they are from 1995, but upon further internet research I've found NOTHING. Literally, nothing. It's like these cigars don't even exist. Please, what the hell have I found??

Wow... Considering there's about a dozen boxes I found...

To be honest I stumbled upon these completely by mistake and I'm not sure I'm even supposed to know of them haha

Btw, a little googlin' shows Erte is the artist behind the 7 deadly sins pics. Any clues who the cigar manufacturer is?
It's crazy that even GOOGLE doesn't have any pictures of them! The problem with all this is that they're not even mine! I was just being curious and stumbled upon a real gem. According to WorthPoint the real value of them is in the packaging, supposedly the cigars aren't even that great

And there are a few other "Erte" cigars floating around, most from mid-late nineties. They are the maker of the cigar as well as the art

Sites like ebay, worthpoint, any site/seller that is not licensed to sell tobacco has to write that the cigars are collectible and that you are paying for the bands or the box, or else they are selling tobacco. It bears no reflection on the actual cigars.

They may be branded Erte, but they were made at a factory owned by a much larger cigar producer.

The way you describe it, it sounds like you were snooping around in your grandfathers stash, haha. I guess you didn't snap any pictures?

Must be a company name/ homage. Because Erte is an early 1900s artist. The little bit I could find about the cigars seemed they were named as such due to his artwork being on them. Did find 2 old ebay sales mentioned through google. One went for $24, the other $41, but couldn't see any mention of if the cigars were still there, or empty boxes. Any chance the owner of these knows more, and also would let you take a pic? They sound pretty cool, & I for one would love to see them!

I didn't know that about auction sites, thanks. And yeah, something like that! I'll snap a few pics if I get the chance this coming week!

Can't believe I forgot about this! Sorry fellas!
So here is the packaging, The seven cigars are all the same, Coronas, and yes, they're 16 years old.

Unfortunately! While I smoked one, I became extremely nauseous not from the strength of the cigar, but I believe they haven't been stored correctly.
