Decided to go with another home rollded cigar. This one seems pretty good! Not too wet, not too tight, not too soft, not too harsh, just right. For the first time I feel like I'm smoking a real cigar with one of my home rolleds! Pretty exciting for me :0

Smoking this Leaf by Oscar Maduro with thanks to @BradMc. Construction is perfect, burn is razor sharp, has very good flavor too. The ash is hanging on like crazy. Thank you again brother.

thew the tri-tip on the smoker. Got some Sturgill Simpson playing. Dog and wife are outside. It's only 104 out. Enjoying a Jericho Hill shot and trying a Coney Island hard root beer. Initial thought is that it's better than Not Your Father's. Switching to some Ron Zacapa 23 next.
Rocky Patel Royale. Lots of leather and earthy flavor. A little spicy on the retro. Really easy draw. I think it's a lighter, but more complex version of the Vintage 1990, which is one of my favorites.
