I am a big fan of wet shaving and and always impressed with some of the shaving brushes I see people have. What are some brushes that you all have here? I'll post some of my personal ones later tonight when I get home.

I use 3 badger brushes in rotation for my shaves. Left to Right ...Simpson Duke 3 in Best, Savile Row in Finest, Simpson Chubby 2 in Super (Simpson's classification of Finest). I use the Duke 3 for soaps, Chubby 2 for creams and the Savile Row for both soaps and creams. Any of these brushes could be used as one's only brush for either soaps or creams. I just like shaving brushes. Sorry for the lousy photo.

Only one brush and she ain't pretty. For you face latherers out there what type of brush are you using?
I use a TGN Finest 24mm for face lathering. Set it no higher than 51mm loft in my opinion or it might not have the backbone most would want. I have a Premium Silvertip from TGN that I'll be making a handle for tomorrow to use for face lathering as well.

I'm considering getting a Duke 2 or Duke 3 in Best Badger.

My new adventure. Nothing fancy but it's a start. I can tell after 1 shave I'm going to need a better brush.

Let me know if you need help with directions toward a good beginner budget brush. There's a couple nice options out there

I only have to shave about twice a week, I grow facial hair like a 16 year old girl. The shave cream I bought kinda burns my face It burned immediately upon application....any recommendations on shave creams or soap without a bunch of acids in them? Or is than an essential ingredient ? I have sensitive skin and its relatively dry to begin with.
