And that's why I don't order from JR if I can help it.. Everything I've gotten from them has came like that.. I had a couple cracked wrappers, called CS and they gave me credit for the busted sticks, but damn.. that had me buying from them AGAIN.. It's a shame, and it's a trap..

lol. thats why they keep their cigars at like 80% rH. Prevents shipping damage.

A few damaged cigars, a few complaints, is worth it to them to save massive money on shipping costs. I'll order knowing the risks, cause I can always get a refund or worst case scenario charge it back if it's damaged. Its worth the hassle for the insanely cheap prices they sometimes have.

I don't pay much attention to the packaging as long as the cigars are fine.
It does make me feel more comfortable ordering from places that pack well but just because it saves me a phone call if something is damaged.

I mean, at least put them in a baggie or something. Kind of crazy they just shove them in and out they go. I'd expect lots of bent or broken sticks from the way that comes. Never ordered from JR but not had any problems elsewhere like that. They either come in a bag with bubble wrap or just bags which usually works but the box is a tighter fit and rectangle.
