Traditional ipa was aged on a boat out at sea in barrels when they were first invented. They weren't the hop bombs we know today so I'm curious about this.

Just started to get into bourbon, still trying not to go over the $30-40 range. My coworker recommended this Eagle Rare Select specially bottled for a local liquor store. Its pretty good! Definitely better than my last bottle- Jim Beam Black Label

I'd like to take you up on this offer brother if the price is reasonable in AZ.I've seen a few of you grab this and for $19.99 a bottle I figured it was worth a try. Also for the guys having a hard time trying to find Blantons, its carried at the grocery store across the street from my house and I will help anyone out that needs/wants the assistance.
Seen EC getting a lot of love lately. More for the barrel proof I believe but my county doesn't have any. Sticking to more budget friendly stuff anyway so giving the small batch a try.

You picked a great bourbon to start with one of my favs. Clyde Mays is another reasonably priced bourbon that is very smooth.

If you can, grab another 2-3 bottles. Solid spirit for the price.
