This batch was my first experience with EC barrel proof and man I do enjoy it. Anticipating the May bottling. They do three releases a year A1xx in Jan, B5xx in May and C9xx in Sept. The A119 hit about the 2nd week in February where I live in MD.

I am too lazy to start a new thread so I am just going to post this here. Our 15th wedding anniversary and we went a little overboard shopping today. She got me bourbon and I got her scotch.

We split the grill, 3 hours, 14 pages of assembly instructions and several cuss words later I managed to get it together.
