Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Not too sure on that one. I cook my pork well done so I personally wouldn’t worry about much of anything. The southern states don’t get a heck of a lot of cool weather anyhow and those boys eat the heck outta wild hogsShould you wait for the first hard frost or light freeze like deer?
The females taste better across most animal types. The meat in males tends to be tougher and more "wild" tasting.Not too sure on that one.
