Love me some WVa. Lived there as a kid and have traveled the state many times over.

Depends on the county...Wood...JAckson...Kanawha...and others have got the clean air nazis in charge and ALL businesses are non-smoking...they shut down a restruant here in ripley 'cause they kept letting customers smoke...2 bars I know of in charleston are in the process of getting thier liquor licenses yanked for allowing smoking...freakin' commie pinko's lol...but other than that welcome to the great state of West By-God Virginia ...len
