Hello All,

Been around on some other boards like CW and CP for the past 4 years but new to BOTL. After reading a few threads thought that I would join in the fun.

Started smoking cigars while in Vancouver BC where Cuban cigars area cheaper than others and started to explore domestic cigars when I moved State-side. With all the new cigar offerings lately I am enjoying the explorations of cigars outside of the Island (but usually finding myself returning to my first tastes in cigars when I cross back to my homeland).

Looking forward to learning and contributing over here.

Hey Slack! Thanks for the kind words!

Welcome to BOTL! what are some of you favorite smoke as of now.
Good question; although I think that I burnt myself out trying too many new things that I have recently found myself returning to my first roots of cigars like Montecristo Edmundo's, SCdH's and ERDM's. Having said that some favorites are;

  • La Aurora Preferidos
  • Illusione ECCJ (down to my last three)
  • Standard Fuente fan favorites such as Opus, Hemmingway's and Anejo's (fortunate to have a good B&M nearby that never inflates prices)
  • Perdomo Reserve Maduro (original blend)
  • El Triunfador Lanceros
  • Gurkha Rare Breed (only Gurkha that I have liked - most I pitched halfway through)
  • La Gloria Cubana Artesanos De Miami Artesanitos & Reserva Figurado
