This is my first review so take it for what it is. This cigar blew me away and I had to share. It’s ROTT and only been in my wineador for 6 hours but I couldn’t wait to try it.

Fausto FT127 Robusto 5 x 54
Weather: 100 degree dry heat and a nice breeze
Drink: Boddingtons Cream Ale (drank enough water today)
Appearance: Very smooth dark wrapper. The cigar feels heavy in the hand. I really like the simple band.

First third
Nice hit of spice that dances on my tongue and tingles. It’s the perfect amount of spice. The draw is just right with plenty of smoke. The most notable flavor behind the spice is cocoa.

Second third
Spice dies down a bit but still present. Wood and earth flavor dominates with a slight hint of dark rich coffee in the background. The flavor is tremendous and in the med to full range. Draw is still excellent and it’s burning evenly. The ash is loose and keeps falling off due to the breeze.

Final third
Flavor is really ramped up to full, but not overpowering. The spice is back in full force. The earth taste has faded and now getting a deep espresso with creamy cedar and tobacco on the finish. I don’t want to put it down because its flavor is INCREDIBLE. It’s almost worth burning my lips to nub it and I don’t want it to end.

Final thoughts
Hands down the best new release cigar I’ve had in months. This cigar has found its way into my top 8 cigars and I can only imagine with a little more rest it will be even better. I still have the other vitolas that I got in my sampler and can’t wait to smoke them. This is box worthy and will have a permanent place in my wineador. With a price point around $8.00 it’s a true value for the money.

Too funny Mike, I smoked this cigar this morning on my way to work and the spice that hit me woke me up for sure. My first thought was "screw the coffee" cause this did it for me. Without food in my stomach, this one got me going for sure. Just a great smoke.

You hit the nail on the head. It was great meeting you last night and getting the grand tour. I'll for sure get out there again and bring my own bottle next time. I smoked the MUWAT last night and couldn't get it finished. It might of been a 3 hour smoke:help:

Love the Dunhill knockoff bands. I know bands don't matter, but boy, I might buy some of these based on design alone.

Very nice review. Pete's gotta slow down and wait for my wallet to catch up to my appetite for fine smokes!

Great review! I've been looking forward to these since back when we were still trying to convince Pete to do a full-production line of the T110 blend. I plan to get a 5er of each size first before going to box town. Can't wait!
