Hamilton Farm Golf Club (private)- Bedminster, New Jersey. Spectacular. They have a full 18-hole course and one of the only rated 18-hole par 3's. One of the other three is Augusta...I was a cook at this club for a few years and lived on the property so that is how I got to play...You can play too for 250,000 up front and 40,000 a year

Yeah, I will definitely never play that course again. Its was horrible to say the least...

I have never played any really famous course...just a ton of above average courses...

I played Torrey Pines years ago....It was awesome. I played Redstone GC here in Houston a couple of weeks before the Shell Houston Open and it was absolutely magnificent (however....it did kick my old ass). LOL

The Ocean Course at Cabo del Sol. Gorgeous to play alongside the ocean with whales jumping up to interrupt the game.

For me.. LA country club post redesign was awesome, so was montreaux outsie of lake Tahoe.

Unfortunately golfing is the most aggravating activity I've ever attempted, many times, I don't know how you guys put up with it I wish I could. That being said I have enjoyed the amenities of quite a few clubhouses. Bethpage and Shinnecock Hills are about a half hour from me, Smithtown Landing and Pine Hills even closer. I've also drank at Pebble Beach and Monterey Pines while on my honeymoon and Cobbs Creek in Philly while visiting a friend. Very disappointed in Cobbs Creek, bottled beer and hot dogs? Seriously?
