Spring strong sweet tall green grass grow...
Poll is here with all the pictures, I've just got to finish all the dimensioning. But, if the pictures are enough for you, have at it!
The poll choices are still screwed up but we're working on that. Just use choice number 1 for pipe number 1, choice 2 for pipe 2, and 3 for pipe 3. Ignore choice 4.

I voted for number 2. it's grown on my since i first saw it.

I don't normally go for pokers in general, and the sharp angle on the the bit getting so thick so quick kills that one for me instantly. It'd be better with a saddle bit, for me.
Similar reasoning for number 3. Authors have never been high on my list probably because i like a thin bit. When they get so thick so quick, I find it very difficult for me to clench, and i clench the pipe for much of my smoke.

Would love to hear other's thought on these.

Saddle bit author!?!?!? Also on #2 and #3 where would the BOTL engraving be located?

If the saddle but is like this it could be awesome...maybe even a reverse calabash (you guys are going to get tired of hearing me say that soon I imagine). Some of the other saddle bit authors I saw on google looked kind of strange, too much material before the bit gets thin

voted for the author simply because it's the shape I don't have out of the three (and really want). That saddle bit that @Iholmes posted is really cool! Could we do something like that? That to me would take an already great shape and push it over the top for another awesome BOTL POTY. ...and I love a good reverse calabash as well.
