Nice to see some of you true gentlemen paying respects to Avo the way you should be. You lead by example.
I'm puffing on a Domaine Avo Perfecto. The brand is small enough that it actually still tastes like it did 10 years ago. I can't say that for the Classic anymore. Too much turnover and introduction of so much new tobacco that even Eladio Diaz couldn't capture the original profile anymore. Seems the original blend has passed on with Avo.
But don't ask me for a photo of this peachy cigar. I'm looking to enjoy the moment, not to own it. That's vulgar.

I enjoyed my first gar in almost 2 years just a few minutes ago. I love maduros and Liga No9's (who doesnt?) and hadnt had a light wrappered smoke in ages. My first ever "good" cigar was a Diamondback "sugar coated" thing, and this reminded me of all the good things I remember about that smoke, namely the sweetness on the lips. Except this time its not artificial, but rather just a good smoke.

Also learned today not to retrohale a cigar. FML Im fine with pipes but almost died with a cigar. And I remembered how crappy it is to try to light a smoke with a zippo in the wind.

Now I just have to figure out how to ration the other 4 sticks... :p
