So I need to increase my storage capacity, but want to make sure I'm good for awhile. Right now I have a ~50qt coolidor and two desktop humidors that hold about 100 singles between them. I'm debating going the coolidor route again with a 150 qt Coleman, but then I came across this.

I like the fact that is comes with shelves and drawers already, which is something I would be investing in with the coolidor. From what I'm seeing though, the 150 qt would hold more. I'm looking for thoughts from folks who've been at this crossroads. Are the Whynters worth the upgrade and price? Or do I stick with the cheaper storage and buy wire shelving, using the extra money for more cigars?? I feel like I'm answering my own question here.

If I had to do it all over again,i would have bought nine 120qt coolers and been done with it, so I say cooler, save your $ for more cigars

I switched to wineadors for one reason. Temperature control.
We don't use the AC unless we are at home, and don't have a basement , so the temp in my coolers would be near 80 when I get home from work. The high desert has beautiful weather, but a nightmare for temp and humidity control.
If you can keep the temp stable I would stay with coolers and save the $ to spend on cigars.
Just my opinion.

Create an account there and put the item in you cart, then close before checking out. You should receive a email giving you 25% off plus maybe a $50.00 code or try " SAVEONSAVINGS " see if that works. Then at a deeper discount you can contemplate the purchase again.
Good luck

Well, to be honest, I haven't ordered it yet. The pricing seems more efficient though. But someone did mention going with multiple and that could be handy for long term storing and boxes. That way I'm not digging in the same one each time I want to smoke. I did order that air purifier that was suggested at the store last time I was there.

Oh well, derp lol

I was a little concerned about the whole ozone stuff I was reading about, but figured it isn't like I plan on spending long hours with it a day. Just while I'm smoking.
I turn it on low when smoking, then when finished crank it up, let us run all night, in the morning i turn it off and the smoke is gone.

Cool, that's what I was hoping. I've got that nice heater it would be great to not have to leave the big door cracked all the time. Just need to add some drywall and then I can start customizing the garage to my liking.
