1998 Hoyo Churchill. Has legs to go for a long time
2008 RyJ Petit Julieta. Can’t put my finger on the flavors maybe floral or some sort of spice

1970’s Quintero Londres Extra. This is a WOW!!! Smoke. So much intense flavor. Dominant flavor is Vanilla bean. Retrohale is as good as it gets.

Smoked all weekend with some friends in Boston (and saw Foo Fighters at Fenway too). Some of the highlights were relatively fresh ('14 Partagas Presidente, '17 Cohiba Siglo II). But the absolute standouts for the weekend were the first and the last ones I smoked:


Hoyo Epicure 2 Reserva. I am not an Epi 2 fan, but this thing didn't say "Hoyo" to me. The flavor it did have was off the charts.

1970s Ramon Allones 898. Speechless.
