Yes sir.

It was very nice. I can’t wait to see what the next pour is after it gets some air.

I may go get a 2nd bottle.
Good call, I got two right off the hopper.

Definitely my favorite from 2020 so far, and I too and thinking it may get even better with that air time.

Any cognac drinkers? I'm not, but damn if this wasn't one of the best drams I've had. Sheesh. I don't know much about it other than it was 45 years old....insanity

I don’t know what’s more attractive, the color of that cognac or the glassware. I think it’s the look of both paired together. I also don’t have much experience with Cognac, but I do know that I ruined it for myself. An old post but definitely worth mentioning again. A member at my cigar lounge was cleaning out his father’s liquor cabinet and found an unopened bottle of Cognac dating as far back as 1949. He brought it into the shop and shared nearly the whole bottle with us. It was velvety smooth, and went down like butter.

That's incredible!! This stuff was rich and the color was insane. Nose was nuts.

Also had this. I'll be honest I think it's super muted right now. Bottle is only a few days old so I will obviously revisit. What's there is pleasant but just muted.

Awesome!

It will open up I think. It’s probably tied with Old Forester for best under $30 readily available Rye.

Glad I took a shot on this despite so-so reviews. It was pleasantly delicious. An Oaky cherry note that drinks right around its proof weight. At $29 it’s a steal too.

I think it just varies by palate. I haven’t loved it, despite loving almost everything else they put out...
