  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Vector... Xikar was good, but I feel like my lighters are burning a bit better with the Vector (and it's cheaper...) It's the only thing I still buy from CI and it's hella cheap. The smell of the butane that Ronson prefills their lighters with is absolutely disgusting IMO. I used Zippo Blu one...

    OK, why do I get dizzy?

    Smoke with a sugar rich drink, it will help or a cold glass of water. Best thing to cure it is to eat once it starts, but preventing it with a full stomach is good as well.

    November is my current understanding, but things may be pushed back at anytime. Other thing is Miami Cigar has not had the greatest luck with boxes of late, so it wouldn't shock me to see them offered in bundles at select B&Ms before the official release. All of this is speculation.

    The stick is the Berger & Argenti Exile, while the sticks were good and cheap, the new stuff from Berger & Argenti is some of the best on the market IMO.

    I think to some degree you should figure out how many flames you want... I for one would prefer a single over a triple given that I mainly prefer smaller RGs.

    Olivia G, recommendations ?

    Hemingways, CAO Gold Cameroon (particularly the originals) and the La Aurora Preferidos Cameroon (I prefer it in the Robusto size) Cameroon is my favorite wrapper, those are the milder of the bunch, although the Oliva G is one of the best out there.

    Haven't heard any bad things about either product. I use HF and other Siilica beads, sort of testing and comparing the cheaper vs. the standard. I take that back, I do know someone had sillica beads stain their sink - other than that...
