• BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

    Happy Veteran’s Day!

This is one day of the year that I make it a point to smoke a good cigar. Here is to our men & women abroad, our past generations that have defended us and paid the ultimate sacrifice, to the future generations that will defend and protect the United States.

El Triunfador Or La Riqueza No. 2 (photo added 2nd page)

That's a tough question, but it does boil down to tastes. If you want to be able to enjoy the cigar without the guilt of not being to get another one, go for the Riqueza. I personaly like most of Pete's cigars a bit dryer than other cigars, the flavor and strength come out better IMO. The...

That's a band from T. Mercedes in the Dominican. One of the few top manufacturers out there, but not in the same league as La Aurora.

Would like to see the band too. There are lots of bands that are not currently available, not to mention a ton of NC's that are including the name "habana/havana" on the band too.

Guys...the box he got was from me. I'm majorly bummed that I sent out a box that had damaged cigars in it. I didn't know obviously, but still feel responsible. I did open the seal and checked the bundle, but did not open the foil. I feel really bad that someone else got MY damaged box...

LOL! I doubt it. It's the same reason I never did porn...performance anxiety. I'll probably send a few out in a month or so for taste tests. Mexico isn't that hard of a place to mail to.

So you think you can roll....

It takes a few minutes to bunch it up, a few seconds to get the binder on but it takes a couple of hours in a mold to get it to hold it's form. I don't have a lancero (what I was going for) so I used foil to get it's shape. I just rolled it up tight and let it sit. The wrapper is pretty wet...

So you think you can roll....

96 nic Lig/99 Hon seco Criollo binder/wrapper I did put an extra bit of ligero leaf on the binder for the last half. Should give it a nice little kick in the middle. The blend itself was like a shaped charge - most of the ligero was blended into the 2nd. qaurter of the cigar and tapers...
