BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Tight draw problems...
Im not sure how much dry boxing is going to help. IME from rolling my own a tight draw comes from one of 2 things. The first being rolling with the fillers in too high of a case resulting in a cigar thats rolled too tight or plugged. Nothing can fix this except rerolling the cigar looser to... -

Congrats on the progress! My 2 cents and you can take it FWIW, forget about Atkins. Your better off counting your calories and hitting a 50/30/20 macro split. Hit those numbers and you'll build muscle while the fat melts off, "noob gains" as some would call it. The whole carbs are bad...- HIM*
