Gurkha is very inconsistent. Perhaps u got some out of bulk bundle before and box ones are diff.

Crap. Not sure. I'd probably let it air out and dry, then apply water and let it dry again. Unique situation there.

IMO for the last 6 months they have been great. Trick is to keep out of tube for min 30 days and LOW humidity(~60).

I find this to be pretty true IMO. Given my CC stuff is limited.
