I've said this before - but this is just a reminder. I'll be breaking BOTL over time in order to get it into a far better place. Just be patient if you can't reach us! We'll be back
Nat Sherman makes some good stuff. I'll second the recommendation by @Mikenice81 though, about the RB Genesis and the Diesel (the original is the best IMO) - not so much on the Nica Libre though. But hey, finding what you like and don't like is part of the adventure - being new to cigars is an...
Both are nice, I'd say MC has a better lounge but CF has better smokes, even if it isn't a wide selection. (The Casa Fuente cigar is awesome, and worth the trip just for a few of those.)
Check out En Fuego on West Sahara too if you get the chance - much better prices, very comfy lounge, and...
The cartoon pigeon to the left is the main character from a series of children's books by Mo Willems.
The particular book I pulled my avatar from is called "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus." It works well for this place I think.
Some chicks more so than others, I think. :)
Glad you walked away from it without anything worse, brother. I helped my dad rebuild a couple of wrecked Wide Glides back in the day; he got banged up pretty good a couple times too, once by a car, and once by a deer.
@csk415 if you're looking at auction sites and trying new stuff, www.cigarauctioneer.com has lots of singles and is operated by one of our site supporters. Just make sure to set your shipping preferences to combined shipping before you bid on anything.
Avoid the bundles. Anything more than a fiver is a big commitment to something you might not even like. Even if you do like it at first, if you're relatively new to cigars, your palate will likely change before you're halfway through with them. Also, the bundles above probably suck by almost...
Awww, you guys make me feel so special!
But yeah, this thread is right in my wheelhouse. My daughter is 8, and her mom and I aren't together, but I get a lot of time with her and we do a ton of stuff together. Blues hockey games are one of our daddy/daughter traditions and we got an early...
Awesome thread.
Shakespeare's Pizza in Columbia is kinda famous here in MO. Ate there last month, will do it again later this month when I'm back in town.
There used to be a place called Philly's here in my area that was pretty awesome, but alas, they are no more. :(
Those in the STL area...
I started rooting for the Chiefs about 10 years ago. I don't actually care how well they do or anything, but I live in the STL area and found it an easy way to irritate people.
Looks like it won't have the same effect now that everyone here hates the Rams, so I'm really only into college...
I discovered IR's last year, and every one I've smoked has been great. That's from 3, maybe 4 different B&M's / online retailers, so presumably yes...?
