BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Before you jump to conclusions here how do you know which one you actually gave him? Maybe you gave him the right one but now your just second guessing yourself. -

Smoked two 3packs of Yellowcake a while back. Nothing amazing but not bad either. $5 per would be a reasonable price if they were long filler but its just a short fill mix of the scrap from their main blends IIRC. -

They're pretty similar but the CT has more mossy oak character compared to the PA from what I remember. Do love that SA and Ecuadorian Habano though. So much easier to work with too compared to broadleaf.- HIM*

Yea I grabbed 1lb a few months back to see what it was about. Just seems like it's mostly filler grade but isn't even frog legged. The couple wrappers I managed to get so far have been really dark and tasty but I was hoping to get a bit more or at least some solid binder leaf. I haven't gone...- HIM*

Anyone else that's snagged a bag of the'08 Broadleaf from LO care to share their thoughts? I've gone through a bit of the leaf now and I'm just wondering what others impressions have been. Like how much filler did you get? How much binder? Was any of it actually legit wrapper grade leaf?- HIM*

I don't even understand what your getting at... he started the thread asking for thoughts right? I gave my 2 cents on the source and how samplers tend to be put together. Hell I think a Gueguense, Sobremesa, and 2 other sticks is a good deal for $20 but the guy is still a tool. No need to get... -

Personally after his whole series on Habanos I think the guy that does that show is a complete schmuck I'd never give my money. It's been said but I'll keep driving the idea home. It just takes time. Smoking slowly helps a lot, as does letting your cigars get acclimated, but it still takes time. Personally I think pepper, cocoa, and coffee are the most common flavors with pepper being the easiest to discern. Maybe start... -
