Quick Update: The "Big Dots" work great! Really like them. I have 600 rounds through the PPS now without issue. The thing points well, and reaches out farther than I can reach out with the Nano. The Walther is looking like it'll be my carry gun. I just have to find some holsters for it...

Awe man ... that bites chunks. I had the exact same knife - it snapped in the exact same place. I was so pissed I vowed I wouldn't ever buy another Buck. That was well over 20 years ago now. Which is to say - I don't think quality has diminished. I think it's just a poor blade shape.

Hey - I put the (rubber) Talon grips on tonight. I have them on another pistol and I like em. The range will tell the story, but they feel great on the Walther :). Woot.

I have used the 9mm charcoal filters in my Big Ben. Didn't like it nearly as well as the 9mm balsa. There is a distinct difference to me - with the Balsa being what I compare all other filters too. Give the 9mm balsa a go in your Stanwell - you'll like it.

Do you guys carrying the double stacks tuck your shirts in at work? The reason I got into the single stacks is because I can't conceal my doubles in the summer for the life of me.

I think I have handled just about every single stack out there. Before I began handling them, on paper I wanted the SIG P290. After handling - I wanted the Springfield XDS - man that thing felt good in the hand lol. I ended up buying the Nano ant the PPS. The PPS is going to be my carry.
