Black Orchid is far from sweet and flowery...

I can't believe I did not see Tom Ford Black Orchid mentioned once... For some bizarre reason it is marketed as a woman's scent, but quality fragrance stores know better and sell it as unisex. I wear it, my wife loves it on me, and i get compliments from women all the time.

Cmac, I know a group of guys that are the same way... they smoke Padron on a daily bases (1964, 1926 and family reserve) and I dont think they are trying to impress anyone as it's always the same group...

So under $10 is not a premium smoke? a 4 dollar cigar cant be premium quality?

I was supposed to be there... Even had a hotel booked for almost 6 months now. Due to a change in ownership in my B&M (where I work) And an increase in responsibility, I'll have to miss it... Hopefully I can make next years show.

smoked a few habano and a few maduros, and they were enjoyed. I'll be smoking these from time to time.

A member on here named "Mitch" did a cool experiment a few years back involving humidity and temperature, and it had a huge effect on some smokes. He used different humidity sources, and took a lot of notes on the effects. It's worth the search.

I'm really liking the Kristoff Kristania at $5.40 ea for the Toros.

I had a chance to smoke one of these yesterday, and it was a great smoke! Very rich flavor profile, great body and strength. It's a great size that really showcases an awesome wrapper. I enjoyed it, and hope that many BOTLs will get a chance to try them.

I really liked this cigar... had a robusto out of the first batch boxed shipment, and a better toro out of the fed release... This cigar is right up my alley, it has that strong spice start, nice flavor throughout and developed nicely. I will be smoking more of these for sure, and should have...

I'll suggest picking up a few sizes you enjoy, it's a good place to start. After that you can try the others, and other lines.
