    Cigars in Movies

Not a movie, but in the final episode of Cheers, Ted Danson's character Sam shares a box of what look to be Cohiba Esplendidos with the rest of the cast. Frasier even calls them "A box of fine Cuban Cigars."

Interested how yours are smoking...Just got some with the exact same box code. Smoked one only a few days after receiving and it wasn't so good...tight draw and wonky burn. Probably just needs some rest.

    Homebrewers - Whats Fermenting?

That will be an interesting brew! There's a small brewery up here in Grand Haven (Oddside Ales) that does a coffee wheat called Bean Flicker thats excellent. Sort of the same idea...and a bizarre combo. Chocolate wheat is a great idea! I'm just getting the hang of all grain...doing simple...

    Homebrewers - Whats Fermenting?

Good advice here. Get the Palmer book and read at least the sections on brewing your first extract batch. It's a very good starting point. Also, take a trip to your local home brew supply store and see what advice or direction they can offer. The better ones should be able to give you...

US Removes Cuba from State Sponsored Terrorism list

Call me a skeptic, but I have a hard time believing change will come that quickly. We seem to be at odd's stilll on quite a few subjects and although congress let this de-listing through relatively unopposed, I imagine they'd put up a bit more of a fight to completely lifting the Embargo.

Bought my house Almost two years ago and I still hadn't been to either of two little smoke shops in town. The lady is out of town this weekend so I decided to hit both tonight. Overall not a bad selection. Typical hookah/vape/cigarette type places with small walk ins and no lounge. Prices...

    Cigars on a plane

Also glad I spotted this. Taking our honeymoon in September to St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. From what I understand with USVI there's no customs check...probably no problem then to bring CC's?

Caldwell and Lost & Found cigars. Relabeling old cigars?

I guess the way I feel is that the man behind the brand says a lot about the brand. He just sounds...Ehh...I don't want to be a jerk. The whole thing about his "Tobacco Gangster" who's been growing "Luxury tobacco" but doesn't actually grow it...Just watch the video. It doesn't give me the...
