Without an espresso machine you cannot create a true "espresso" any other way. You can create a lot of heat and pressure in devices such as an AeroPress, but it wont be the exact same. But I will say for $20 my AeroPress makes a damn good highly concentrated brew.

Please post your thoughts about the Fantome after you try it. I have heard mixed reviews, on complete opposite sides of the spectrum, but it seems mainly it is because some are infected.

Ommegang is everywhere around here. I have even seen 3 Philosophers at the grocery stores and one quick mart style place had it as well to my dismay. Any reputable beer store should have an Ommegang offering.
