Was checking out the page CA has in their magazine with the aged selection. They had Ramon Allones Gigantes from 1991 and rated it a 100. They said that only 7 times have they given a cigar this rating.

Does anyone have these? Are they really that good? Should I stock up on boxes of these so I can have the perfect cigar in 15 years?

CA = :grinFU:

:hysterica

with that said, I would love to smoke a 91 RAG, can't even begin to imagine that! but stocking on recent production does not guarantee the same results!

Ca is so full of shit they would not know a good cigar if they smoked it:shame: I am sure Ramon Allones Gigantes from 1991 is fricken outstanding but a perfect 100 not a chance So it is as good as a 1492, or Dunhill Cabinetta :shame: They have lost there minds!!! At the same time they gave a July 2005 Monte #2 a (92) even with a 88' Cohiba Lanceros and I have smoked the 88' Cohiba Lanceros and it was at least a (99) in my book better then most Davidoffs :waving:

One of the top 5 cigars I have ever smoked was a 1963 RASS. Blend change could be an issue comparing recent production to then. Regardless, it's always a good play to lay down some RA. Aged cigars hold no advertising $$$ for CA so it's just Sucking moochin sticks.

How much are these a stick?
IF (!) you could get the chance to see these at auction, I would imagine you could see the price rise to between $1,500 & 2,000 a box.
