1st AutoX today. Got 6th!

Competed in my first autocross event today.
Drove my daily driver 06 Chevy cobalt Ss/sc that's pretty well bone stock and on street tires. Drove in the Novice Men's class and out of 26 competitors finished in 6th place!
Pretty stoked for my first time out I am definitely considering getting into it heavier as my stock car did great.
Any AutoX racers in the brotherhood?

I'm going to do some events after I do some suspension and a turbo on my civic. It's good cheap fun.

Nice, I haven't AutoX'd in a long time. Use to go in my GTi a good amount about 9 years ago, not sure I would be very good in the bus now.

Nice! Good job! I am a driver myself. I dont do autocross but I do like to hit full size tracks and my dad Karts almost every weekend. We own a kart so when I do get a chance I go with him.

Thanks guys! Was a great day and tons of fun. Te local sports car club puts it in and are a great group of guys. Had a huge turnout with 65+ cars between the classes. Was a great day! Looking forward to next year
