I'll follow up with a more comprehensive review of this, my favorite size of Anejo, in the very near future. As an initial impression, I feel this year's release is very, very good. I've been disappointed the last few years, but this release took me back too the 2004 era Anejo I was so impressed with. I'll try another today, smoke a few #77's, and post some comprehensive reviews for your consideration and comment.

I agree Sucol, Ive had the 46, 48, 50 and 55 so far. The 46 is the best of the bunch IMO. Love the Cumin flavor in the background. The 50 is also smoking great. Worse one so far is the 55 and I like the size which is unfortunate.

Have not had a 77 yet, however will be picking up a box today.

Good to here. I have several boxes (50,55,77) and a 60 on the way but I want to let them rest a little before I dig in. The good news is that they seem more available this year and I don't have to ration my supply from last year anymore now that I have a new supply.

I actually don't care for any Anejo fresh, just not much flavor to me so I haven't tried the 2010 yet. I actually don't even have any, but I have a bunch of '09s. The 46 comes around the fastest, though, and is also my favorite size (with the 77 a very close 2nd).

Never smoked an Anejo (I know, I know. Shhhh) but I have a few in the humidor. A 46 that Craig Mac hit me with, that is of indeterminate age, though presumably not from this year, plus a few Anejo 50s that I grabbed at my local shop for a phenomenal price (Gotta love when the B&Ms get their Fuente Holiday shipment, and actually charge MSRP or less.) They all smell phenomenal, but I think the 46 from Craig will be my first experience, as I always have heard that the Anejo, like the Opus blends, really benefit from age, and if there's one thing I have come to appreciate in the finer Fuente cigars, it's the truth behind that statement. My experiences with older Opus (those with at least a year, if not a couple on them) have been phenomenal, while my experiences with Opus that have a year or less on them, have been great, but not on the same level.

Wow, I sound like a Fuente slut.

I plan on picking up some 46's, 77's, 60's and 50's tomorrow. I'm excited to try the new ones, so far I heard a lot of good things.

I have worked thru most of my supply of anejo's this past month thinking I would resupply but had a hard time finding my fav #46 (GUESS IM NOT AS FAST AS I WAS ONCE) but did get a box of #50's which Im very happy to say are smoking better than some of the aged one's Ive had of late. YOU KNOW YOUR REALLY ENJOYING THE CIGAR WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU LOOK UP WITH A GREAT BIG SMILE ON YOUR FACE!!:smokingbo

I plan on smoking a "Shark" as my New Years celebratory smoke. I've had only one in the past...maybe 2 years ago...and I remember it being fantastic...will post up after the 1st.

So far, I smoked the #50, #77, and #60. I think they are smoother than last years, with more complexity. I notices more flavor changes in these new ones. Still dont touch the '06 though!
