This special was made for someone who ordered "Off Menu." He wanted a fillet medalion with bernaise....So I made this for him....

8oz cut fresh fillet....a sweet and spicey onion relish (pearl, green, red, chipolini? onions), with a tangy bernaise sauce....$32

Very tastey...In fact I shared a dish with the guys...
