What I know for sure:
-I have to be in Chicago by 12:30
-My last appointment, IIRC, took 2.5 hours. I would venture a guess this one will take roughly 3.5
-It takes an hour to drive from there to Joliet, according to google maps.

In theory, I could be there around 5. I'll also be a bloody mess for the evening, so going anywhere I could ruin somebody's upholstery, carpet, tile, etc. seems like a rather poor idea.
