I just did two bathroms and a kitchen over.

$4400.00 for a gut job, I think you got out cheap.

$3.00 a sq ft to lay tile
60.00 hr for an Electrician
$$$$$ Then there is the plumber

Fixtures,walls,tub,toilet etc etc... You got through it at a good price.

I am a little disappointed though. I was able to mow over the wet spot this weekend and there is no odor emulating from the yard when it rains. Sigh...
