$400 lighter and cutter... is this even legit?

i had to read what was so special about this set that it costs over 400 for a crappy torch and cutter... sais PJ teamed up with dupont for official face cutter and lighter?!? is this right?

The lighter which is an Xtend maxijet retails for $150 before the "paint job" It's a great lighter. Prefer my silver one to the look of that one though.

Retail was $425, but I was at the Pepin/Tatuaje event at the Leaf and got the event discount. I heard people were trying to sell for $600 on ebay and have also heard of people trying to dump them for $280.

Would you even use them? I mean you spend that kind of coin on something that you can easily lose or have stolen. I'll stick with my $10 lighter and free LP#9 cutter.

The cutter is pretty cool looking but I'm a simple moFo and I'll stick with my 3yo blazzer and my 4yo xikar, love'em and never had any problems. I would hate to lose those collectibles, just not practical for me.
