There's an interesting thread about the 4th Amendment going on. I didn't want to hijack that one, so I thought I'd post the link to a very interesting video by a law professor in Norfolk/VA Beach along with the response from a veteran VA Beach detective on why you should never talk to the police (at least not without an attorney).
If you take the time to watch the whole thing, it should be the best free legal advice you'll ever get. If this has been posted before, then I apologize. I used to take the stand that if I was innocent, then I had nothing to hide, but this changed mmy mind.
