Some here know I spent a few years while in college working at a private country club under the watchful eye of a Chef. During that time I figured out a few things... First and foremost was that by not giving the club pro a ticket and not charging him for lunch every day, I got to play as much golf as I wanted for free. The second thing I learned was how to cook a few things without the use of a cookbook.
So tonight using a few random things I had, I put dinner together with only the side being out of a box.
The recipe is not exact but goes something like this....
The process starts with mixing a few fresh made Margaritas using fresh lime, tequilla and orange juice. Crack some salt and use the lime to rim the glass.
Next up is dinner. Use 3lbs hamburger, 12oz Woodchuck Draft cider, some parsley, some oregano, some basil, some salt, some pepper, pinch garlic, a chopped onion, breadcrumbs, a couple eggs then mix it up and baked for a little over and hour.
Keep it simple with a side. But make sure it has bacon.
Grab the TV remote.
And plate up!
