  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

A liitle help needed

A friend of the families 9 year old daughter decided she was going to donate some of her hair to a charity that makes wigs for children.

I know its a uk charity but some of you could spare a little bit that would be amazing. If you can please mention on the just giving page that you are from the USA and it will blow her mind!

Thank you sofc and hi to javaj unkie ,,

I have been away a little while. My ex marital home sold just before Christmas, bought a new house with my new wife, and had a load of crap to deal with at work.

But im in a better place now so its cigar time again !

Is everything ok here ? Its mid june and I can't find the tatujae monster speculation thread ???

I almost laughed out loud at that, glad you're in a new house and in a better place.

And you're welcome. Still remember winning a contest from you back in the day when I first joined. :)

Hey Pooh Bore, I'm Steve. From what I've seen, there will be a release of Chunky Monsters, (a sampler similar to the Little Monsters) which includes two new monsters known as Chucky and Tiff. I can't find any info for the full size monster this year. I thought I heard Pete say it would be something like Jekyl and Hyde, but it was up in the air.

Wonder where they do that hair donation stuff here. Lord knows I got some to give lol
Edwin, do a search on "Locks of Love" (Locks for Love?)
They do wigs for cancer patients. It's really a cool deal!

I used to volunteer with a kids cancer camp every summer and have seen the happiness it brings to some of the badass little fighters first-hand!

If you ever do it, make sure you start a thread... I wanna see!

Well, if you ever do, let me know. It really is a big deal. And they love guys hair because it's usually not been through all the coloring/highlighting abuse. Plus, you look to have those natural curls!

I started losing my hair in my 20's. I'm in my 40's now, and have come to the realization that I came into this world bald and toothless, that's the way I'm leaving.

I'm gonna need to check this place out. My ponytail is about a foot long at the moment, but soon I'll be re-entering the work force (been in grad school).

I wonder if they need beard hair too?
