Well here it is.(Finished)
Appearance extremely flawless wrapper. Construction is a 9/10 because most Tats have a perfect firmness. This 1 could have a little more tobacco for my liking.
Cut cap with Xikar today. No prob what so ever. Drew absolutely perfect as most Tats. Prelit draw just a small cocoa and Tobacco taste.
Lit Outside 50 deg and sunny.
1st 3rd: Some light spice and taste are a follows. Dark chocolate, Very Very clean Tobacco flavor. Wait this taste like A Pam 64 right now almost to the T. Also after every retro hale I'm getting a very large amount of heavy coffee flavor. Right now a little wavy burn but its self correcting and about a 5mph wind so no biggy. So far so good and right about the end of the 1st 3rd all the spice is gone and I'm left with all the above flavors still. More to come and sorry no pics. I wasn't in the mood
20 mins In:
Starting to finish second half of 1st 3rd still same flavors and man is this going to be a smoke for Med body guys with a helluva good cup of coffee! I'm also getting a very Woody and very dry Raisin flavor now. Man o man!
2nd 3rd: More very dry wood flavor and still a lighter dark chocolate. Every now and then I'm also getting a small hint of dry tea as well. Trying to slow down but I'm always a fast gar smoker. One of the best things so far is the lit smell coming of this bad boy is 1 of the best I've ever smelled when its in the mouth as I type.
Midway thru not much change in last 10 mins I'm getting a small amount of ammonia but I think these were rolled in the last few months. I have taken off the reserve sw band and it rolled right off (fresh yes). I have been getting something else as far as flavor but my new ness to this is letting me down can't put a finger on it but its good. Still burning and drawing great with 1 touch up. So far for me this cigar is right in my flavor profile and I'm enjoying it a ton.
Last 3rd starting: Man it's getting cold but I don't care.
Some small light spice creeping back but not much. I think the flavor is dried berry I was missing and is starting to come thru.
Alot more dry flavors. Leather, Wood and still that great smell lingering in the air while I type. Ammonia has subsided. This has been a great smoke for being so young. It makes me think its older then it is. Ash has been a inch and half or so kind of flaky but who cares.
Finishing up now I'm already thinking this is in my top 3 Tat smokes. In the top 5 this year. I loved the overall flavors I've gotten and I think alot of others are going to agree. This could be a anytime of the day smoke. But with all the chocolate flavors a great cup of coffee would be a must. (water today). I thought about how purchasing this box also has helped a BOTL and his family and it makes it that much better. Hope you guys enjoyed and I think Ill try er again in a couple months!
