  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

45th anniversay or the hammer as i like to call 'em.

normally i'm not a fan of box pressed cigars because of the burn issues. they also remind me of a time when i had to sleep with my cigars in my pocket. who knows,i might have invented box pressed...lol.

has a nice firm feel and smell.

coffee and cocoa flavors on light up. not much pepper, some spice though

burning a lot better than i expected

of course there's a hat involved (thanks kyle)

nice ash

kinda nice...a dusty, nutty, chocolaty, creamy taste. like biting into a mr. goodbar from last year's halloween.

steady gettin' it. picking up a little...i wan't to say worcestershire sauce? maybe licorice? something different...

little more kick happening after i removed the bands. excellent finish. creamy with a bit of spice bite

i really enjoyed this cigar and have already purchased a few more for later...

I'm glad you liked it, I'm surprised you were worried about the burn w/ a Padron anni, last thing you should be worried about, haha.

Shuckins has the best analogies, hands down!

Great review, I think these are my favorite Padron and possibly my favorite cigar. I think these will be the cigar of the year in 09.

I just smoked a natural one and think the Maduro is a better smoke with a better flavor. Still a great top smoke but I thing the Maduro is the way to go.
