a tambo review

i got this from my friends in indonesia:


a Tambo review:

solid feel to it with a nice tobacco smell

earthy and leather tastes with a bit of zing on light up and lots of smoke right from the start

the flavors really come through,very easy draw. light ash

the earth/leather has turned to a grassy spice flavor. not overpowering,pleasant like nutmeg and cinnamon

it's a nice day for a smoke,in the 40's,sunny and no wind

a near perfect burn,cool but with a bite that i like

the spice is just enough to put a tingle on my tongue

kicking a bit in the final third. grassy with a peppery spice,but never burned hot

finishes with a light leather flavor coming back to join the earthy pepper tastes. a medium/full strength cigar that i enjoyed smoking!!

Good review with some very good photos. Always nice to see how the cigar is burning as it is being smoked. I have had my eye on these and heard some good information from another brother who has an inside track on this cigar and was able to score a box of the bigger ones. I'll have to keep a lookout for these and try a few.
