  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

A unionized public employee, a member of the Tea Party and a Big Corp CEO are sitting at a table. In the middle of the table there is a plate with a dozen cookies on it. The CEO reaches across and takes 11 cookies, looks at the tea partier and says, "Look out for that union guy, he wants a piece of your cookie."

one problem with the joke. a unionized public employee works for the public, not a ceo....
I think the irony was in the fact that the CEO got ~92% of the cookies, and the rest got the remaining 8% of the cookies, but he showed "concern" that they get their "fair share". I may be wrong, but that's what I got from it and gave me a little giggle

:crosseyed Old timers... :eyepoke:

If the CEO took a bailout, would that make him also somewhat of a public employee?
If a tree falls in the woods and there's nobody around to hear it, does it still make a noise? :stretchgr
