Active Humidification

For those who have an active form of humidification how do you have it set? If you don't have a humidistat to control when the unit turns on and off how often and for how long do you have it set to turn on?

I have mine set to turn on every hour and twenty minutes for about 10 minutes. Humidity and temperature is maintaining at about 67% to 70% and the same for temperature.

Before, I was keeping RH and temps lower, but I decided to experiment with slightly higher RH and temp.

Accumonitor, I only trust something that has a accurate display of humidity. I would not trust something that comes on for so long every hour as it might over humidify your cigars or not keep the humidity high enough. I keep mine set at 66% it will drop to 63% before kicking on.
