the Cigar "Gangsta" ;0(
The wrapper is almost black, has a couple of small veins showing.
This cigar starts out with a blast of pepper, and dark chocolate and rich tobacco. The smoke is thick, oily, and plentiful. Being that this is a small perfecto, the burn was a little uneven but it corrected itself as it went along. Surprisingly this cigar is very full bodied! Cedar lingers for a long time on the palate, and its almost as if I taste grape jam. In reality its just cedar mixed with the rich tobacco! As we get to the end of the 1st third, I retrohale and the pepper has ramped down significantly. The spice is still prevalent though.
Entering the second third, the flavors of cedar, espresso, and spice are dominant. I find it interesting that the strength downgraded to medium-full. Cedar and spice are in the forefront now. The smoke is billowing out of this cigar. I have to say that this is a very enjoyable experience. Black Pepper is back in the mix again.
As we enter the final 3rd, Im getting unique flavor of milk, cedar, pepper, spice and rich tobacco. The smoke is very thick and oily. The burn is still fairly even. Cedar is lingering on the palate. The retrohale reveals flavors of cedar, dark chocolate, and a lot of spice.
