Nope ... because he did not bring it back into the US. In any case, I'm sure he feels fairly safe as quite a few politicians and celebrities have already been photographed smoking habanos over the past few years.

Actually Ted, the bringing it back has nothing to do with it. He could very well be charged simply for purchasing it. And that would still be OFAC.

Actually, returning it to the US is all Arnold could have possibly been charged with, as he did not actually purchase the cigar. But I believe it was smoked prior to his flight, so .......

Unless I am mistaken, he accepted it as a gift from his aide then. I don't believe the embargo differentiates between purchases and "gifts".:nono:
