I live in the North Shore area, and used to buy my cigars and pipe tobacco from cbc burns, however I'm 19, and after the whole "must be 21 to enter smoke shops connected to bars" law passed I no longer visit the place. Especially after they told me I can't come in but they'd be happy to sell to me at the door. Yea right.
