i used to volunteer at the SC center for birds of prey ( cool place to check out if your ever around these parts) and we would keep boxes of those things in the freezer that held all the birds food. we would break em out in the summer to help cool us off. Many of times those things have made the heat bearable. I LOVE EM!!!
